What is myWaste?
myWaste is a free personalised app for all your waste management and recycling needs. It works on phones, tablets, laptops and PCs so it’s available wherever and whenever you like as long as you have an internet connection. Best of all it’s completely free of charge to all clients of the WasteCare Group.
myWaste provides a complete, management and support system to keep your business compliant with all the latest environmental regulations, whilst ensuring that you minimise your recycling costs and maximise recovery value.
myWaste will be available to all service providers allowing you to use myWaste for all your waste management requirements.

View your statement and all invoices, payments and rebates. Download copies and view detailed information about your collection volumes.

Download and view your quarterly waste returns by site. Downloadable in csv and pre-formatted for straightforward submission to the Environment Agency.
Consignment & Transfer Notes
A comprehensive search utility for finding all your past and present jobs. View your collection history, job detail and download copies of your Hazardous Waste Consignment Notes and transfer note paperwork.
Job Data & Analysis
View, search and filter your collection data. You can filter by sites, waste streams and date range. We provide summary reports online, but you can download the detailed data to run your own analysis.

*myWaste will work on all recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera and Internet Explorer. If you are using Internet Explorer, it needs to be at least version 8 - myWaste won’t work in IE7.
How much does myWaste cost?
Nothing, myWaste is completely free to all clients of the WasteCare group.
Do I need to be a WasteCare client?
For the moment, yes. However if you currently book collections through WasteCare and we use a third party to carry out the work, you will be able to see these jobs in myWaste along with the collection volumes.
We are looking at ways to open up the myWaste system to allow other waste management companies to enter their data to provide you with a consolidated location for all your waste, but we aren’t there just yet. However, if you would like your WM company to use myWaste please ask them to get in touch.
